cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Organic Chicken Broth or Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth
teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
cup uncooked long grain white rice
cup chopped fresh spinach
cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat the broth and Italian seasoning in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.
Stir the rice in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir in the spinach and cheese. Season to taste. Serve with additional cheese.
