    cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Organic Chicken Broth or Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth

    tablespoon drained canned diced tomatoes

  • 1

    tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2

    teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed

  • 1/4

    teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make It

Heat the broth, tomatoes, cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir in the rotini. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the rotini is tender.  Season to taste.

    Simple Seasoned Pasta

    First time I made this exactly as stated. Second time, I doubled it. I used 2 cans of Italian seasoned diced tomatoes, only draining one can. I fried up some bulk Italian Sausage and added that to it with the Rotini. Delish!!!! I will definitely be making this again.

    Simple Seasoned Pasta

    It was very tasty. But, the next time I make this I will use more cheese and italian seasoning. I will also use less chicken broth because I used 3 1/2 cans of the broth, but it was too much liquid, so I will use the standard one cup measurement of the broth.
