How to Make It

Reserve half the picante sauce to baste the beef during grilling.  Set the remaining picante sauce aside to serve with the cooked beef.
Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the beef for 20 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness, turning the steak over once halfway through the grilling time and brushing often with the reserved picante sauce.  Discard any remaining reserved picante sauce. Let the beef stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the remaining picante sauce.

    Sirloin Steak Olé

Rather tasty when steak is cooked medium rare on the grill using hickory chips.

    Sirloin Steak Olé

I adjusted almost everything in the recipe because almost all of the recipes lately have bellpeppers, salsa, or something on those lines, and my family is allergic. So either none of the recipes are of use, or I have to change almost everything in them. Surely other people are allergic or just don't like peppers. Yet most summer recipes contain them. Not for our family.
