    teaspoon ground sage

  • 1/4

    teaspoon dried thyme, crushed

  • 1 1/4

    pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 1

    can Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1/2

    cup water

  • 4

    cups hot cooked long grain white rice

  • 1

    teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir the sage and thyme in a small bowl. Season the chicken with the sage mixture.

Step 2

Spray a 12-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is well browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet, cover and keep warm.

Step 3

Add the garlic to the skillet and cook and stir until lightly browned. Stir in the soup and water and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

Step 4

Stir the rice and parsley in a medium bowl. Serve the sauce over the chicken with the rice mixture.

Use whichever you prefer- just follow the recipe as written above for the best result. If you're using larger chicken breasts they may require a little longer cooking time.

    Great recipe

    Made this for supper tonight. The only thing I changed was we had egg noodles with it. It turned out great. My husband who is a picky eater loved it, he has asked me to fix it again. Will be passing this recipe to friends. The taste of the garlic and the thyme and sage were just great in it. If you follow the recipe you can't go wrong.

    really really good!!!

    I made I few changes to it I had the chicken season with sazon goya with coriander and annatto. In step two I change it and put the garlic, with the water, and the soup on the skillet when it was warming up and mixed them until I saw them all together. Then I added the chicken, covered, and cooked it all together until chicken was ready. It gave the chicken an extra flavor!!! Love it!!!

    Surprisingly yummy!

    I definitely don't agree with those who say there is no taste. Very tasty and I even added two extra garlic cloves and I still don't think it's too garlicky. The only complaint my husband had was the color of the sauce didn't look appetizing, but when he tried it, it surprised him. He liked it. Will add to our dinner regime.

    They kids love and have asked for it again!! Score!!! (for those who said it was bland, you clearly didn't follow the recipe correctly because it has lots of flavor, trust me I am a foodie) The only thing I changed was adding salt and pepper to it.
