pound boneless pork chop, 3/4 inch thick
cup chopped onion
cup chopped celery
can (14.8 ounces) Campbell's® Pork & Beans
teaspoons packed brown sugar
Spray a 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the pork and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
Remove the skillet from heat and spray with the cooking spray. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion and celery and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the pork and beans and brown sugar and heat to a boil. Return the pork to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

This was a huge hit with my family! I made it even easier and quicker by using frozed brown rice and frozen Pictsweet "seasoning blend". The seasoning blend contained red, green peppers, onions and celery! Cut the preperation time in half :)

I was searching for a new way to make pork chops and came across this recipe. I tried it and all I can say is that this is such a simple recipe and tastes amazing! I have made it several times and even gave it to my dad to try. I highly recommend this dish.
