Stir the sauce and preserves in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the sausages and stir to coat.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or until hot.
Place about 6 sausages into each bun. Top with about 2 tablespoons sauce mixture and 1 tablespoon coleslaw.
