    pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir the sauce and peanut butter in a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in the pork and onion.

Step 2

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until the pork is fork-tender.

Step 3

Grate the zest and squeeze the juice from the lime. Stir the lime zest, lime juice and beans in the cooker. Serve the pork mixture over the rice.
