My experience with this pork loin recipe

I made this yesterday, but unfortunately it didn't turn out as I had hoped. It made tons of liquid, more like a soup than a sauce. I cooked it part way on high heat and part way on low heat. Would that have caused the excess liquid? I do like the idea of these cooking soups, and definitely will use them again.
