    Slow-Cooked Short Ribs & Beans

I love this meal. I brown my meat on a grill pan and sweat my onions before adding the picante sauce. This time I cut out one of the cans of kidney beans and added a half jar of Pace Black Bean with Corn roasted salsa. Adds a little more kick and juice to the pot. I serve this with corn bread to sop up all of the yummy flavor.
