    cans (10 3/4 ounces each ) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup

  • 1/3

    cup soy sauce

  • 1/3

    cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 1/2

    teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1/4

    teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 3

    pound boneless beef round steak, cut into strips

  • 6

    cups broccoli florets

  • 6

    cups hot cooked white rice

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper and beef in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.

Step 2

Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.

Step 3

Stir in the broccoli.  Increase the heat to HIGH.  Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.  Serve the beef mixture with the rice.

  • Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed diced carrots. For dessert serve oatmeal raisin cookies.

    Slow Cooker Asian Tomato Beef

    It was very easy to make as I put the slow cooker on and went to work, I cooked a mixture of white, brown, wild, and red rice in about 20 minutes when I got home and dinner was ready in a flash, wonderful tast and meat was very tender after a long cooking time.

    Great spicey taste!

    I made a half recipe for just my husband and myself using frozen beef fajita meat that I had in the freezer. I used balsamic vinegar (only 2 tablespoons), added onions and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. I did not add the broccoli but served a side of french cut green beans. Placed the beef & sauce over brown rice. It was amazing! I will definitely cook again.

    Slow Cooker Asian Tomato Beef

    I had a 2lb round steak so adjusted the sauce ingredients accordingly. I also omitted the broccoli. It was a hit!! My 8 year old had 3 helpings!! Very tender with a really nice flavor. It did need some salt if eating it over the rice.

    Slow Cooker Asian Tomato Beef

    I was not happy with this one. Granted it is very easy to make, but in the end it lacked taste. While I was eating it I thought I was eating Pot Roast.
