cups Swanson® Beef Broth or Swanson® 50% Less Sodium Beef Broth
cloves garlic, minced
teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
large carrot, sliced (about 3 cups)
large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
cup uncooked dried lentils
cup uncooked pearl barley
Stir the broth, garlic, oregano, carrots, onion, lentils and barley in a 5-quart slow cooker.
