pounds boneless, skinless chicken thigh
can (about 15 ounces) white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
jar (24 ounces) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
bag (about 7 ounces) fresh baby spinach
tablespoon balsamic vinegar
cups cooked fettuccine pasta (from about 1 pound dry)
cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Season the chicken as desired.
Place the chicken into a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the beans, sauce and thyme and stir to coat. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Start cooking the fettuccine according to the package directions about 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Before turning off the cooker, stir in the spinach and vinegar and cook until the spinach is wilted. Season to taste. Serve the chicken mixture over the fettuccine. Sprinkle with the cheese.
