    FABULOUS WITH SOME MODIFICATIONS

This is fabulous and can be a very colorful presentation. Substitute raisins or (better) cranberry for the grapes, increase the amount to 1 cup. 1 hour before serving add the cream and the raisins. Just before serving add 1/2-1 cup walnut pieces (nuts of your choice), gently fold in 2 sliced bananas. Heat until the bananas are warmed (not cooked). Serve over rice with a generous topping of fresh coconut.

    Substituted Chicken Thighs

I couldn't find turkey cutlets at our grocery store, so I used chicken thighs. I also used Hot Madras Curry Powder and added 2 tsp of salt. I wasn't crazy about the grapes in this recipe, so next time I'll substitute frozen green peas. Overall, this recipe was delicious, I thought!

    Slow Cooker Curried Turkey Cutlets

It was easy to make on a busy morning and the turkey took on a nice curry flavor. I made it with Maharajah Curry from Penzy Spices and it was delicious. Even my husband said, definitely make this dish again. It's a keeper.
