cans (10 1/2 ounces each ) Campbell’s® Condensed French Onion Soup
cups (1 soup can) water
stalks celery, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
large carrot, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
cups dried lentils
can (about 14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
cloves garlic, minced
pounds beef for stew, cut into 1-inch pieces
Stir the soup, water, celery, carrots, lentils, tomatoes, thyme, garlic and beef in a 5-quart slow cooker. Season as desired.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
