    Slow Cooker Picante-Braised Short Ribs

This was wonderful, I actually used a different cut of meat as my market did not carry short-ribs and it was cheaper, no matter, this just fell off the fork, I did not bother to cut into bite size, just salt and pepper on the meat and seared in the pan on both sides and transferred to slow cooker over the onions and garlic. I cooked on low, it was ready in 8 hours, I did not add the flour in the end, and it made for a nice juicy sauce. Everyone loved it and had seconds.
