    Easy and Tasty

Another quick way to get items into a slow cooker and get on with my day. Kids and husband ate it up. For the spice rub, I used black pepper, McCormick's Garlic Sea Salt Grinder, and McCormick's GrillMates Fiery 5 Pepper Blend (actually not spicy, almost sweet and smokey). I used Smoked Provolone and had awesome fresh Kaiser Rolls from the store. Shredding the pork at the end of the day was tiring, but required. So much better tasting than chopping, don't know why. I used bone-in pork chops I got on special and had no problems with them.

    Better than I thought

My family loved it! I didn't had the bacon and provolone sauce so I used a pepper and mushroom that I had. I have to try it with the original one next time ;) I also didn't have provole cheese so I used swiss that I already had. As you see I didn't plan this meal ahead but it worked out very well!
