    Slow Cookder Smothered Pork Chops

This was a fabulous dinner and a big hit. I did not have creole spice, so I used 1 teaspoon of season salt, 1 teaspoon of cajun spice, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and a 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt. Also, I didn't have time to slow cook it, so I used an 8x8 baking dish, and covered with foil. I baked it very slow in the oven on 280 degrees for 2 hours.
