How to Make It

Step 1

Stir the slow cooker sauce and hot sauce in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the chicken and turn to coat.

Step 2

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until the chicken is fork-tender.

    Wish I didn't make this

    I thought this looked like it might be good. It's august in California so I was looking for something that wouldn't heat up the kitchen. In the pouch is just BBQ sauce, not a very good tasting one, at that. After cooking, all the juices from the chicken cooks out and thins the sauce until it's not really a sauce anymore, too thin and watery. I'm really not looking forward to this, doesn't look or smell good. What a waste of expensive chicken breasts!

    Great taste and Easy to Make

    This was very simple to throw together. Had a little bit of a bite. If you don't like spice I'd use 1 1/2 tblspns of the pepper sauce (hot sauce).we served this with our garden veggie mashed potatoes Will make this again in a dutch oven next time. Husband raved.about it and couldn't wait to try this recipe on pulled pork sandwiches.
