extra large onion, cut in half and sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
pounds boneless pork loin
tablespoon chili powder
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Roasted Red Pepper Cooking Soup
tablespoons cider vinegar
Pepperidge Farm® Soft White Hamburger Buns, toasted
Place the onion into a 6-quart slow cooker. Cut the pork in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle the pork with the chili powder. Place the pork into the cooker. Stir the soup and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the pork.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the pork is fork-tender. Using 2 forks, shred the pork in the cooker. Serve the pork mixture on the buns.
