I had some left over pastry dough and wanted to use it up so thought I'd try a making a few of these. WOW! was my husband delighted, I only made a total of 8 fairly large pieces and he ate 5 of them!!! He loved the light crispiness of them. One hint: I mixed one third brown sugar with the white...and I baked on a rack so they wouldn't stick. They came out shaped like puffy potato chip shapes and they looked like frosted petals on the plate covered with honey.
