    Southern Pecan Crisps

4 ingredient faubulousness! OK, 5 if you count the dusting of powdered sugar. These are extrememly easy. I used a pizza cutter to cut the pastry into the 3 inch squares. They look fancy and impressive, and taste so delicious! I did learn after the first pan to cook a minute less, because the filling that runs under the pastry can burn easily. This said, it also is better to not over fill them. Enjoy making (and eating!!!) these little treats!
