    why instant?

Why do all these recipes call for instant mashed potatoes? I have NEVER been able to make them not sticky or chewy. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

This was good. I left out the onions as I hate them.

    Southwest Skillet Shepherd's Pie

This recipe is wonderful I also added a litte mozzarella cheese to the skillet and let it melt. We love cheese!! My family really liked this. It's easy and fast. Tons of different flavors all combine great.
