can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Beef Gravy
pounds ground beef
cups fresh bread crumbs
cup Pace® Picante Sauce
cups hot cooked mashed potatoes
Thoroughly mix 1/4 cup gravy, beef, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup picante sauce in a large bowl. Place the beef mixture into a 3-quart shallow baking pan and shape firmly into an 8 x 4-inch loaf.
Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour 15 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
Heat 2 tablespoons drippings, remaining gravy and remaining picante sauce in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Serve the sauce with the meatloaf and potatoes.
