boneless pork chop, 3/4-inch thick (6 pork chops)
tablespoon vegetable oil
jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce - Medium
cups Hot mashed potatoes
Season the pork chops with paprika. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for 15 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides.
Add the picante sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Serve with potatoes.
