medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
cloves garlic, minced
teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
teaspoon ground black pepper
package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
cup plain nonfat yogurt
medium tomato, diced (about 1 cup)
ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) spaghetti, cooked without salt and drained (about 4 cups)
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Spray a 4-quart saucepan with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the onion, garlic and Italian seasoning and cook until the onion is tender.
Stir the soup, pepper and spinach in the saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the spinach is tender.
Stir the yogurt and tomato in the saucepan and heat through. Toss with the spaghetti until evenly coated. Sprinkle with the cheese.
