    can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup

    teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1

    package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

  • 1

    cup plain nonfat yogurt

  • 1

    medium tomato, diced (about 1 cup)

  • 8

    ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) spaghetti, cooked without salt and drained (about 4 cups)

How to Make It

Spray a 4-quart saucepan with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the onion, garlic and Italian seasoning and cook until the onion is tender. Stir the soup, pepper and spinach in the saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the spinach is tender. Stir the yogurt and tomato in the saucepan and heat through. Toss with the spaghetti until evenly coated. Sprinkle with the cheese.

    Absolutly Delicious

    I like to add artichoke hearts and bacon to this recipe. It really brings it over the top!

    Spaghetti with Creamy Spinach Sauce

    I used Cream of Shrimp soup instead of Cream of Celery soup and I added shrimp. Next time I'm going to try adding chicken instead. My four kids loved it.

    Spaghetti with Creamy Spinach Sauce

    I used grape tomatoes and added half a cup sour scream, half a cup of parmigiano cheese to the spinach and chicken and it was wonderful!

    I haven't made it, but I'd like to know if you are supposed to use cream of celery soup or chicken broth? It says one on the first page and the other after you open it.
