    Spanish-Style Rice

On the way home from work I was trying to figure out what we would have with our tamales that evening. I was on my smart phone and checked out my favorite site (Campbellkitchen.com) and there it was. I didn't add the peas cause I don't like peas but it was super YUMMY! I might try adding green chiles next time just for fun.

    Spanish-Style Rice

My husband really liked it better than box-type and it was easy. I took it to office for lunch and I had to give everyone the recipe.

    Spanish-Style Rice

We did not like this. I don't know if it was because I used canned peas and not frozen, but the dish just wasn't that good....so I sent the rest of the rice to my mom's. She actually LOVED IT!

Delicious, almost identical to what is served in our local Mexican restaurant! I will make this often!
