container (16 ounces) white frosting
bag (8.6 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Soft Baked Mystic™ Sugar Cookies
container (about 2.25 ounces) blue crystal decorative colored sugar
bag (12 ounces) mini candy coated plain chocolate pieces
miniature marshmallows, cut in half
KIDS: Spread some of the frosting over the entire top of each cookie, at least 1/16-inch thick.
KIDS: Holding each cookie over a paper plate, generously sprinkle blue sugar on the upper third of the frosting. Shake off extra sugar away from the plain frosting onto the plate. Gently pat the sugar into the frosting.
KIDS: Holding each cookie over a different plate, generously sprinkle granulated sugar on the remaining frosting. Shake off extra sugar away from the blue area onto the plate. Gently pat the sugar into the frosting.
KIDS AND ADULT: Attach a small plain decorating tip (#4) to a pastry bag and fill halfway with frosting. Pipe the frosting in a circular or up and down motion across the edge of the blue area to form the fur trim of the snowman's hat. Press in 2 candy-coated pieces just under the fur for the eyes. Press in 1 candy-coated piece in the center for the nose. Press in 4 candy-coated pieces to form a smile. Place a marshmallow half, cut-side down into the frosting at the top of the blue area for the hat's pompom.
