tablespoons butter, melted
tablespoons packed brown sugar
tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
tablespoon olive oil
teaspoon curry powder
teaspoon ground red pepper
bag (6.6 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Cheddar
Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the butter, brown sugar, rosemary, oil, honey, curry and red pepper in a medium bowl. Add the crackers and stir to coat.
Spread the crackers in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

If you are like me and want to try spicy things I would put half the red pepper. Curry depending on your blend should not be hot but if it is add 3 teaspoons instead. This was delightful and I will make it again with adjustments listed above.
