large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
medium red bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
jar (24 ounces) Prego® Spicy Red Pepper Italian Sauce
ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) rotini (spiral) pasta or medium shell-shaped pasta, cooked and drained (about 4 cups)
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cook the beef, onion and pepper in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir the sauce and rotini in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Serve with the cheese.
