Pepperidge Farm® Harvest Wheat Distinctive Crackers
jar (24 ounces) roasted red bell pepper, drained
tablespoon lemon juice
teaspoon ground cumin
loaf sourdough bread, cut into 1-inch slices
cup olive oil
Place the crackers, peppers and walnuts into a food processor. Cover and process until the mixture is finely chopped. Add the lemon juice, honey and cumin and process until the mixture forms a paste.
Brush the bread slices with the oil. Lightly oil rack and heat the grill to medium-high. Grill the bread slices for 4 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning the bread slices over once halfway through grilling. Serve with the pepper mixture for dipping.
