    each of an 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened

    teaspoons horseradish

    tablespoons minced fresh chives

How to Make It

Grate the zest from the lemon.
Stir the salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, 2 tablespoons chives, hot pepper sauce and lemon zest in a medium bowl. Spoon about 1 teaspoon salmon mixture into each pastry cup.  Sprinkle with the remaining chives.
