    cup broccoliflorets

  • 1

    cup cauliflower florets

  • 1/2

    cup carrotpeeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the broth and vegetables in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain the vegetables before serving.
