  • 1

    package (about 12 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas), thawed

    can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    cup biscuit baking mix

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the soup, 1/2 cup milk, vegetables and chicken in a 9-inch deep dish pie plate.

Step 2

Stir the remaining 1/2 cup milk, egg and baking mix in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over the chicken mixture.

Step 3

Bake for 20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

    Easy and delicious - new family favorite!

    I made this last night and everyone loved it! I followed the suggestion of another reviewer who used refrigerated croissant dough for a bottom and a top crust instead of biscuit mix. For the filling, I used leftover rotisserie chicken breast, Campbell's Cream of Chicken with herbs soup, and broccoli and carrots. We fed 2 adults and a toddler with it - it was so good there were no leftovers!

    One of My Favorite Recipes

    I have made this many times and it never fails to please. I add a little minced onion, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, black pepper and butter the pie dish before adding the ingredients that I mix in a bowl, rather than the dish. I add enough milk to get the consistency I want and use Jiffy Corn Muffin mix on top instead of a biscuit mix. Right before I put it in the oven, I add some shredded cheddar cheese to the top. You may need to cover with a sheet of foil if it browns too much before it is finished baking. It is comfort food PERFECTION! It tastes great re-heated the next day for lunch, too. We love it.

    so simple and easy

    Made this pot pie for my family and they loved it, even my picky son asked for seconds. I put cornstarch in my mixture to thicken and it came out great. Making this again next week when mother in law come to dinner,she' gonna love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This recipe is great and easy. I add sour cream and cream cheese to make it richer in flavor...

    Great easy from scratch chicken pot pie is a true family favorite. Rich, filling and creamy. It satisfies every time!! Not a bite leftover.

    Great Dish!

    I have made this Pot Pie twice already,and my family loved it especially my sister.I will be making it again tomorrow.It's so simple to make,filling,and not very expensive.Love it!
