How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.

Step 2

Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

    Made this last week and it was super easy to make and also delicious!! I added two cans of the soup so I can use it as a gravy for the mashed potatoes that I paired it with. For sure going to add this in my rotation.

    Always requested

    I substitute apple juice for the water -- it's delicious! And add carrots in with the soup, then serve all over buttered noodles. A hubby favorite!
