This ‘stock-tail’ is sweet and sour with a bit of a kick and the stock makes it a little savory and salty. Perfect for whatever ails you!

cup Swanson® Organic Chicken Stock or Swanson® Vegetable Stock
tablespoons lime juice
tablespoons pineapple juice
teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce
fluid ounces gin (about 1/3 cup)
Heat the stock, lime juice, pineapple juice, sugar and sriracha in a 2- quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and the sugar has dissolved, stirring often.
Stir in the gin. Divide the mixture between 2 heat-safe glasses and garnish with the star anise.
