    Great week night dinner

I was a little wary of mixing this dish because it had such mixed reviews. It ended up coming out great! It was easy and quick to make. I enjoyed it and mixed it with jasmine rice instead of pasta which I think made this dinner better.

We did not like the flavor of this one.

We tried this and did NOT care for the flavor. It sounded so good and the reviews were positive, but after 1 bite, the whole family decided it was not for us. Maybe it was the pace picante sauce??? I don't know but it is not good.

    Szechuan Peanut Chicken

Not bad for a quick 20 minute dinner. I used some leftover chicken and added just a little bit of brown sugar just to smooth out the flavor. Once the sugar was added, it tasted pretty good.
