How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.

Step 2

Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

Recipe Tips

  • Tip: Also great with Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup, with 1/2 cup milk instead of water.
  • Garlic Pork Chops: Add 1 clove garlic, minced, to the skillet with the pork chops.

    comfort food

    This is the perfect dish for Autumn. Throw in a few freshly sliced mushrooms to simmer in extra goodness. The gravy is so tasty over mashed potatoes. Serve with another side vegetable and apple cider to drink and you've got a Fall festival going on!

    Being from the south I altered this recipe to suit our taste buds. I seasoned the pork chops first with creole seasoning, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. I used milk instead of water and served the sauce over mashed potatoes. This was ten kinds of yummy!!!
