    comfort food

This is the perfect dish for Autumn. Throw in a few freshly sliced mushrooms to simmer in extra goodness. The gravy is so tasty over mashed potatoes. Serve with another side vegetable and apple cider to drink and you've got a Fall festival going on!

    Yummy!

Being from the south I altered this recipe to suit our taste buds. I seasoned the pork chops first with creole seasoning, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. I used milk instead of water and served the sauce over mashed potatoes. This was ten kinds of yummy!!!

    Super Easy!

The reason that I gave it four stars is that I had to cook it a lot more time because the pork wasn't fully cooked through. But I am only a teenager and I could make this all by myself!
