teaspoon kosher salt
teaspoon chili powder
fluid ounces Spicy Hot V8® (about 1 1/2 cups), chilled
fluid ounces silver tequila (about 1/2 cup)
tablespoons lime juice
tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
teaspoons grated husked skinned tomatillo
teaspoon finely grated red bell pepper
teaspoon finely grated onion
teaspoon celery salt
Grate the zest from the lime. Cut 1 wedge from the lime. Stir the salt, chili powder and lime zest on a plate. Rub the cut side of the lime wedge around the rims of 2 glasses. Dip the rims of the glasses into the salt mixture to coat. Fill the glasses with ice.
Stir the vegetable juice, tequila, lime juice, cilantro, tomatillo, red pepper, onion and celery salt in a pitcher. Season to taste. Pour the vegetable juice mixture into the glasses.
