    avocado, pitted and peeled

    teaspoons lemon juice

    teaspoon garlic powder

    cup sour cream

  • 1/4

    cup  sliced, pitted black olives

  • 1/4

    cup tomato, chopped

How to Make It

Stir the pork and beans and salsa in a 9-inch pie plate. Mash the avocado in a medium bowl with a fork. Stir in the lemon juice and garlic powder. Season to taste. Spoon the avocado mixture in the center of the bean mixture. Top with the sour cream, olives and tomato.

    Tex-Mex Dip

    would leave out Black olives ick,and sour cream ick. also avocado all icky
