tablespoons barbecue sauce
slice red onion
slices lean deli style roast beef(about 2 ounces)
slice Cheddar cheese(about 1 ounce)
Spread the butter on the bread slices. Turn 1 bread slice butter-side down. Spread with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce. Top with the tomato, onion, roast beef, cheese, remaining barbecue sauce and remaining bread slice, butter-side up.
Cook the sandwich in a 6-inch skillet over medium heat until it's lightly browned on both sides and the cheese is melted.
