Would be better with a different soup

This dish had a lot of potential, but I didn't like it with the Cream of Celery soup. I'm not a fan of celery and should've known the soup wouldn't go over well with me, but I always make a recipe the way it's written the first time. If I ever make this again, I'll use a different soup. Otherwise, it was fine, and a great use of the fish in my freezer.

    Yummy and easy

I made this last night. I love the calorie count!! This was delish. Loved the flavors and amount that you are able to have for the serving size. Will definitely be making this again and again.

    very good

I made this tonight, but I used Parmesan cheese & panko breadcrumbs, instead of cheddar cheese & whole wheat bread crumbs. I also used white potatoes & carrots, sliced thin, instead of zucchini, etc. Turned out very good. One thing this doesn't explain is whether or not to add the water to condensed soup. So I used soup & a half a can of chicken broth & worked fine. This was very tasty & fed 3 adults. Give it a try & make your own versions!

Thanks for your comments! If a recipe using our Condensed Soup does not call for water, none is needed.

    Easy and yummy!

I tried this tonight because I had a spare can of celery soup I wanted to use. This recipe is simple and prep didn't take long. The dish came out great! (The hubby approved!) I didn't have an 8 x 11 baking dish, so I used a 10 inch pie dish instead, and it came out just fine! I would recommend seasoning the veggies (e.g. salt, pepper, garlic powder) before pouring on the mixture to give them a little more umph. Also, the crumb mixture wasn't enough for me, so I made a little more. I think using French's fried onions would also work well as a topping! I will definitely try this one again!
