cups V8 Splash® Tropical BlendJuice Drink, chilled
bottle (750 ml) champagne, chilled
teaspoon grated orange peel(optional)
cups assorted fresh fruit(mango, papaya, or pineapple), cut-up
Stir the juice, champagne and orange peel, if desired, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch metal baking pan.
Cover the pan and freeze it for 3 hours, stirring every hour with a fork.
Scoop about 1/2 cup of the champagne ice into a stemmed glass or dessert glass. Top with the fruit and serve immediately.
