cups cooked frozen California vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
cup instant white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 2 cups)
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
can (about 6 ounces) tuna in water, drained and flaked
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)
cup heavy cream
