Similar to 50s dish I had growing up

Light enough also - 4 servings at 280 calories each.

    Tuna Casserole

I added mushrooms, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cheddar is excellent to add as well. If you get Campbell Garlic mushroom soup, it adds a great taste to it.

    Great comfort food

This is really good. I used almost a whole bag of egg noodles though, and doubled the topping but kept all other measurements the same. Yum!

    Spice it up!

I have used this recipe for so many years it's one of my favorite go to quick and easy comfort foods. Now that French's has came out with different crispy vegetable options I had to experiment. I use the crispy jalapenos to spice it up. And the new crispy caramelized onions are also quite tasty. Going to try the White Cheddar next time.

    Potato chips on top!

That's what my mom always did for the crunch topping. :-)
