flour tortilla(8-inch), warmed
can (9.75 ounces) Swanson® White Premium Turkey in Water, drained
cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
tablespoons vegetable oil
cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
cup sour cream
Spread 2 tablespoons guacamole on half of each tortilla. Top the guacamole with the turkey. Sprinkle each with about 2 tablespoons cheese. Fold the tortillas in half over the filling.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the quesadillas in batches and cook for 6 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides and the cheese is melted, adding the remaining oil to the skillet as needed. Serve with the salsa and sour cream.
