    A BIG HIT!!

Although I did not have all the ingredients, I substituted with Havarti cheese, did not use pears or arugula, but the fig jam went over really big. I also added tomato slices and honey Dijon mustard to make it more snappy. Will make this on a regular basis!

    Who would have thought??

Fig jam and turkey? Found some through Walmart and as I couldn't afford Brie, I substituted deli Havarti. Did not have any pears, and also used whole wheat berry and honey bread. Also skipped the arugula. Was fabulous! Another thing I changed was to have one slice of the bread (which I toasted) served with honey Dijon mustard to give more flavor and contrast.
