    package (10 ounces) chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

  • 1/4

    cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

  • 1

    can Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Healthy Request® Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 2

    tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1

    clove garlic, crushed

  • 2

    teaspoons vegetable oil

  • 1

    package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms

  • 1/2

    cup non fat milk

How to Make It

Step 1

Thoroughly mix the turkey, spinach, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup soup, cheese and garlic in a large bowl.  Shape the turkey mixture into 4 oval-shaped patties.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the patties and cook until well browned on both sides.  Remove the patties from the skillet.

Step 3

Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.  Stir in the remaining soup and the milk.  Return the patties to the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook for 8 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.

    This recipe is horrible! The patties were far too wet and they crumbled apart in the skillet whilst trying to brown them! Do not try this it ruined it supper. Horrible. This is the last time I try a recipe from Campbell’s they all come out awful.

    Good flavor - too much spinach

    I made this over the weekend. Flavor is good and robust. But I didn't have the correct size spinach so I used the frozen 1# size. Way too much spinach. I even think I will only use half of the correct size. My granddaughter even ate half a patty and she is a picky eater. I will make again.
