How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oven to 375°F. Stir the soup and cream cheese in a medium bowl until the mixture is well mixed. Stir in the mozzarella cheese. Spread the mixture in a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.

Step 2

Bake for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

Step 3

Serve with crusty bread cubes, crackers or vegetables for dipping.

Recipe Tips

  • Helper: To soften the cream cheese, remove it from the wrapper. On a microwave-safe plate, microwave on HIGH for 15 seconds.

    I've made this twice and both times it was a hit. It's easy to make and tastes great. I serve it with chunks of sourdough bread.
