ounces whole wheat linguine or spaghetti
cups fresh broccoli florets
pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
tablespoon canola oil
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
cup non fat milk
tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Prepare the linguine according to the package directions in a 3-quart saucepan. Add the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of the cooking time. Drain the linguine mixture well in a colander.
While the linguine is cooking, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned and done, stirring often.
Stir in the soup, milk and linguine mixture in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with the cheese.
