package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
jar (15 ounces) Pace® Peach & Mango Jalapeño Salsa
cup finely shredded Mexican blend cheese (about 4 ounces)
Stir the cream cheese, 3/4 cup salsa and 1/2 cup shredded cheese in a medium bowl. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a 6-inch (holds about 3 cups) microwavable bowl. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds or until hot. Top with the remaining about 1/4 cup salsa and some fresh cilantro leaves and sliced green onion, if desired. Serve with your favorite dippers.
